My Background
I wasn’t always confident in the gym. In fact, I remember walking in for the first time and feeling completely out of place — unsure of what to do, how to move, or whether I even belonged there. Like so many people, I struggled with confidence, and for a long time, that kept me from fully showing up for myself.
But over time, I began to learn. I focused on the basics, started building strength (physically and mentally), and slowly saw how movement could be a powerful tool for growth — not just in the body, but in everyday life. The more I committed to training, the more I found confidence, clarity, and a real sense of control. That’s what changed everything for me.
Now, as a personal trainer, I’m passionate about helping others experience that same shift. I work with people who may feel uncertain or intimidated by the gym, or who want to improve their flexibility and mobility without the pressure of "doing it all at once." My goal is to create a space where you can move freely, learn at your own pace, and build lasting confidence — both inside and outside the gym.
Who I Help
I help those who lack confidence, this doesn't have to mean 'new to the gym'
You may lack confidence in form and techniques or want to learn something new.
How I Do It
I tailor your programs to your specific needs, I will do this by running some fitness and postural tests on you to see areas for improvement.
